ET Now: What is unique about the platform for it to receive a patent? Prasanna Oke: Right. This has been a part of our mobility platform, we have been using this technology, it is only now that we have got the patent for which the announcement was there but we feel that this is a valuable IP for meeting our customer needs. Where we see the effectiveness of this is that even though today we are on to mobile apps and a lot of data does come in, but we have got things like the BOTS and various apps which are there in various systems so the data coming in from one system can be put on to other systems rapidly. So within a short period of time this data would not be of any use and has to be quickly passed, some stick-on data has to be put and it can be deployed and sent across any other system like an e-mail or a text message or any other mobile apps.

So, if there is a data which is coming in from a client or a client gets some data, that data has to be passed, there are some stick-ons to be put on and it can be put on to another system because a lot of the data in the real time has a shelf life, right. ET Now: Is the US patent a big deal or is it one of the many things that you do and what has been the reason for the analyst meets, are you briefing in people on what the growth of Sonata is likely to be in calendar years 2017? Prasanna Oke: To put is very simply, this patent enables exchange of information between various systems. ET Now talks to, CFO of Software about the patent and the expected numbers of 2017.
